Justice Court

There were 366 cases on the docket in Riverhead Town Justice Richard Ehlers’ court, Aug. 23-25. The following are among those adjudicated.

* James Rivera II, 32, of Wainscott Harbor Road in East Hampton pleaded guilty to seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 120 days in jail.

* Francisco Cerdas-Jiminez, 37, of 73rd Avenue in Queens pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

* Jose Leon, 22, of Mill Road in Riverhead pleaded guilty to DWI and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

* Lurwin Casco-Carranza, 29, of Catlin Avenue in Roosevelt pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired, reduced from a DWI charge, and was fined $500 and given a 90-day suspension of a his license.

* Wanda Spence, 60, of Lewis Street in Riverhead pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana, and was fined $300.

* Sean McGuire, 23, of Long Neck Boulevard in Flanders pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced form forcible touching, and was fined $300.

* Jose Amilcar, 23, of Maple Avenue in Flanders pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $125 and sentenced to time already served in jail.

* John Tooker, 55, of Hubbard Avenue in Riverhead pleaded guilty to seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and was fined $50.

* A charge of first-degree robbery against Kianna Coach, 22, of East Main Street in Riverhead was dismissed in town court, as she was indicted in county court.

* A second-degree robbery charge against Wayne Swedberg Jr., 19, of Quail Road in Rocky Point was dismissed in town court, as he was indicted in county court.
