Riverhead Town Justice Court reports

There were 263 cases on the docket in Riverhead Town Justice Richard Ehlers’ court, Nov. 1-3. The following were among those adjudicated:
• Bobby Blankumsee, 52, of West Graham Avenue in Hempstead pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was fined $205 and sentenced to 90 days in jail.
• Daniel Lopez, 19, of Route 48 in Peconic pleaded guilty to aggravated driving while intoxicated. He was fined $400 and sentenced to 30 days in jail.
• Jorge Yugol, 24, of Hamilton Avenue in Riverhead pleaded guilty to aggravated DWI and was fined $400 and sentenced to 30 days in jail.
• Eric Camey-Nij, 23, of Maple Avenue in Flanders pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and public urination, reduced from seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and public urination, and was sentenced to time already served in jail.
• Anthony Francis, 27, of Sound Avenue in Jamesport pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from resisting arrest, and was fined $750.
• Jose Lopez-Garcia, 34, of East Avenue in Riverhead pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident, unlicensed operation and having an uninsured motor vehicle. He was fined $600.
• Randy Smith, 25, of Industrial Boulevard in Riverhead pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and was fined $550.
• Lusvin Perez-Garcia, 23, of Albany Avenue in Flanders pleaded guilty to public urination and was fined $200.
