Riverhead Town court report

There were 133 cases on the docket in Riverhead Town Justice Richard Ehlers’ Court, February 22-23. The following are among those adjudicated.

• Diane Kaminski, 50, of Oliver Street in Riverhead pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was sentenced to three years’ probation and fined $1,000. She also was given a six-month revocation of her driver’s license.

• Terain Hallback, 42, of Crooked Hill Road in Brentwood, pleaded guilty to second-degree harassment and was fined $205.

• Henry Mills, 19, of Lake Avenue in Riverside pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was sentenced to three years’ probation and fined $205.

• A DWI charge against Carlos Diaz-Rodas, 33, of Union Avenue in Riverhead was dismissed in town court, as he was indicted in county court.

• A DWI charge against Carl Morgan, 44, of Hillcrest Terrace in Riverhead was dismissed in town court, as he was indicted in county court.

• A second-degree assault charge against Patrick Silke, 34, of Clocks Boulevard in Massapequa was dismissed in town court, as he was indicted in county court.
