Riverhead Town court report

There were 303 cases on the docket in Riverhead Town Justice Richard Ehlers’ court, April 4-6. The following were among those adjudicated.

• Joanne Daugherty, 42, of Lincoln Street in Riverhead pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was find $205 and sentenced to 60 days in jail.

• Jason Francis, 27, of Main Road in Mattituck pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of marijuana and was fined $125 and sentenced to 15 days in jail.

• John Morgan, 52, of Peconic Bay Boulevard in Riverhead pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $1,000 and sentenced to three years’ probation.

• Lori Christina, 36, of Dolphin Road in East Quogue pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from petit larceny, and was fined $300.

• Michael Cancel, 29, of Long Island Avenue in Deer Park pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from petit larceny, and was fined $300.

• Kristofar Erickson, 24, of Wellwood Drive in Shirley pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from petit larceny, and was fined $300.

• Zelma Manuel, 54, of Union Avenue in Riverhead pleaded guilty to false personation and was fined $205 and sentenced to three years’ probation. A charge of second-degree criminal impersonation was dismissed.
