Slide Show: Riverhead PAL’s Bike Safety Rodeo

Riverhead Police Athletic League’s held its annual Bike Safety Rodeo Saturday morning in the parking lot at Stotzky Park in Riverhead.

Participants  were separated in age groups and competed in a bike safety course to win prizes.

The prizes included nine new bikes, 30 bike helmets, as well as gift certificates and prizes donated by many local businesses, the Riverhead Police Benevolent Association and the Riverhead Superior Officers Association.
