A Riverhead man was charged with driving while intoxicated in Hampton Bays Sunday night, according to Southampton Town Police.
Kelly Marcucci, 23, of Arrowhead Avenue in Riverhead was charged with DWI after his car was stopped by police near Terrace Drive and Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays for failure to signal and failure to stop while entering a roadway, officials said.
An officer said Mr. Marcucci had glassy eyes and slurred speech, failed standard field sobriety tests and had a blood alcohol level over .08 percent, according to police.

• Michael Clinco, 46, of Baiting Hollow was charged with criminal possession of stolen property following his arrest Saturday by New York State Police. Additional information was not available.

• A Buddha lawn statue, a frog lawn statue, a solar yard light and a flowerpot were reported stolen from a home on Wildwood Trail in Northampton last Thursday. The value of the missing items was estimated to be about $178, police said.

Those who are named in police reports have not been convicted of any crime or violation. The charges against them may later be reduced or withdrawn, or they may be found innocent.
