Longtime Riverhead Lions Club member honored

The Riverhead Lions Club on Monday night presented Lion Roger McCabe with the Life Member Award.

Mr. McCabe has been a member of the club for 46 years. He is a past president and chaired the group’s blind and sighted committee, group members said.

Currently, he serves as the club Chaplain and delivers invocations and eulogies.

Members sent a heartfelt congratulations to Mr. McCabe.
