Smoke triggers evacuation at Riverhead High School

Riverhead High School was evacuated about 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in response to a report of smoke in the building.

Faculty and students went back into the building about 11 am., after local police, firefighters and fire marshals investigated.

Tuesday is the last day of school for students in the high school.
