An upscale seafood restaurant, North Fork Oyster Company serves creative cuisine featuring the freshest local produce, and fish and shellfish from surrounding waters. It is the only area restaurant that boasts a raw bar display.

“Our menu is focused almost entirely on fresh seafood,” say owners Sana and Farouk Ahmad.

The casually elegant space has been renovated to include an oyster bar and outdoor patio dining, and has a wood-burning fireplace for the winter months.

Executive chef Richard Lanza offers appetizers such as cornmeal-dusted local oysters with lemon/garlic aioli, fried local calamari, and poached local hen egg with brioche crouton, grilled asparagus and Dijon vinaigrette. Entrées include almond-crusted local fluke, goat cheese-stuffed agniolotti, surf-n-turf and local monkfish osso buco.
Daily specials, local beers and wines and a seasonal menu create the ultimate North Fork dining experience.
