There were 194 cases on the docket in Riverhead Town Justice Allen Smith’s court July 5 and 6. The following were among those adjudicated.
• Tyrone Ford, 34, of Sunset Avenue in Westhampton Beach pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired and unlawfully fleeing police in a motor vehicle and was fined $2,560. Charges of reckless driving and resisting arrest were dismissed, along with a slew of traffic violations.
• Michael Hepburn, 26, of Schenectady Avenue in Brooklyn pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was fined $350. Charges of fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and possession of burglar’s tools were dismissed.
