Riverhead Town court report

There were 315 cases on the docket in Riverhead Town Justice Richard Ehlers’ court July 25-27. The following are among those adjudicated.

• Melissa Tricoche, 45, of JT Boulevard in Riverhead pleaded guilty to petit larceny and second-degree menacing. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail and fined $205.

• Hermelindo Mayen-Carias, 41, of Longneck Boulevard in Flanders pleaded guilty to urinating in public and an open alcohol container violation and was fined $400.

• John Wright, 46, of Old Country Road in Riverhead pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $1,000, sentenced to three months’ probation and given a six-month revocation of his driving license.

• Shannon Sypher, 28, address unavailable, pleaded guilty to DWI and was fined $1,000, sentenced to three months’ probation and given a six-month revocation of her driving license.

• Robert Madaia, 23, of Forest Trail in Ridge pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired, reduced from DWI. He was fined $660 and given a 90-day suspension of his license.

• Michelle Trotman, 39, address unavailable, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from petit larceny, and was fined $350.

• Jennifer Ziegelmeier, 38, of Wayne Court in Westhampton pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from petit larceny, and was fined $350.

• Sierra Gumbs, 20, of Southampton pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from petit larceny, and was fined $300.

• Miguel Lopez-Ramos, 26, of Old Quogue Road in Riverside pleaded guilty to exposure of a person. He was fined $205 and sentenced to time already served in jail.
