• Robert Langhorne, 45, of Riverside was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after police found him with crack cocaine, authorities said.

Southampton Town Police said they were responding to a domestic disturbance at a home near the intersection of Pine Street and Vail Avenue in Flanders Thursday when they found Mr. Langhorne with the drug on him. The incident occurred about 2 a.m.

• David Avelar, 23, of Flanders was arrested on a driving while intoxicated charge in Riverside Friday, authorities said.

Mr. Avelar was stopped on Flanders Road for multiple traffic violations and was found to be intoxicated, Southampton Town Police said. The arrest occurred about 1 a.m.

•Douglas Masterson, 48, of St. Petersburg, Florida, was arrested on a driving while intoxicated charge in Riverside Friday, authorities said.

Mr. Masterson was stopped on Flanders Road for multiple traffic violations and was found to be intoxicated, Southampton Town Police said. The arrest occurred about 2 a.m.

Those who are named in police reports have not been convicted of any crime or violation. The charges against them may later be reduced or withdrawn, or they may be found innocent.
