Riverhead Town court report

There were 401 cases on the docket in Riverhead Town Justice Allen Smith’s court, Nov. 21-23. The following are among those adjudicated.

• Claudette Keating, 60, of Fresh Pond Avenue in Calverton pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $800.

• Liam Gast, 18, of Miller Avenue in East Moriches pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from making graffiti, and was fined $350.

• Robert Young, 23, of Peconic Bay Boulevard in Jamesport pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of marijuana and was fined $200.

• Charles Scruggs, 23, address unavailable, pleaded guilty to seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to one year of probation.
