Riverhead Town Court report

There were 333 cases on the docket in Riverhead Town Justice Richard Ehlers’ court, Nov. 28-30. The following are among those adjudicated.

• Ernest Loy, 57, of Iroquis Trail in Ridge pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail and fined $400.

• Gustavo Avila, 20, of Melene Street in Riverhead pleaded guilty to DWI and was fined $1,250.

• Mateo Garcia, 41, of Union Avenue in Riverhead pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired, reduced from DWI, and was fined $750.

• Maximiliano Isolabella, 33, of Greenpoint Avenue in Astoria pleaded guilty to DWI and was sentenced to three years’ probation and given a six-month revocation of his license.
