The New York State Committee on Higher Education hosted a meeting today to discuss if legislation to increase SAT security should include an increase in criminal penalties for those found guilty of cheating.

Here’s video from the meeting, which comes months after a major SAT cheating scandal was busted up in Nassau County. One student-for-hire busted in the scandal had allegedly taken the SAT exam 15 times for pay, earning more than $3,500.
