There were 404 cases on the docket in Riverhead Town Justice Richard Ehlers’ court Jan. 9-11. The following are among those adjudicated.
• Levi Smith, 58, of Decatur Avenue in the Bronx pleaded guilty to second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, reduced from first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and was sentenced to five months in jail and fined $205. An unlawful possession of marijuana charge was dismissed.
• Nehemiah Johnson, 24, of Lakepoint Drive in Middle Island pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $300. Charges of resisting arrest and second-degree obstructing governmental administration were dismissed.
