Police: Felony drunk driving arrest in Flanders

Following his arrest in Flanders on Saturday, Feb. 4 at a3:47 a.m., Joseph Manarino, 41, of Riverhead faces charges of driving while intoxicated as a felony; speeding, aggravated unlicensed operation in the 1st degree, a felony; unlicensed operation as a violation and having no license plates, a violation.

He was arrested after Southampton Town Police stopped him for speeding northbound on County Road 105 in Flanders and found him to be intoxicated, according to the police report.

Mr. Manarino was held for morning arraignment.
