Cops: Flanders man stole jewelry from home on Donald Drive
A Flanders man was arrested on Wednesday morning and charged with stealing jewelry from a Flanders home, Southampton Town Police said.
Tijay Clairborne, 20, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, after a police investigation revealed he stole jewelry from a residence on Donald Drive, police said. Mr. Clairborne was familiar with and had permission to enter the home at the time of the larceny, according to police reports.
He was released on his own recognizance and will appear in Southampton Town Justice Court at a later date.
