Jeanette Crump, 52, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, for allegedly swiping a missing wallet at King Kullen on Dec. 27. The wallet contained three credit cards, $150 in cash, a $50 Sprint gift card, the victim’s driver’s license and other “assorted personal papers,” according to a criminal complaint.

Ms. Crump was arrested, processed, and remanded to Suffolk County jail without bail, police said.

• A John Deere all-terrain vehicle was stolen from a Calverton tree farm last Wednesday, police said. The Gator utility vehicle was taken from a shed on the company’s property. No arrests were reported.

• An unknown suspect stole two televisions and two laptop computers from a home on Main Road in Jamesport on Saturday, town police said.

Those who are named in police reports have not been convicted of any crime or violation. The charges against them may later be reduced or withdrawn, or they may be found innocent.
