Fighting breast cancer? You can do it in your sleep!

The North Fork Breast Health Coalition held its first annual pajama party Friday night at the Hilton Garden Inn in Riverhead to help raise money for the cause — an event that included a dinner reception, sleepwear fashion show, zumba dance party, and chinese auction.

“The event’s been great,” said president Anne Cotten-Degrasse. “The fashion show was fun. Everyone was really into it.”

She said approximately 50 people joined the organization for dinner, with 23 women staying overnight.

The fashion show, displaying everything from sleepwear to night gowns, included 10 Riverhead school teachers.

The outfits for the evening were donated by Tanger Outlet Mall, with contributions from Jockey, Hanes, Maidenform and Lane Bryant.

An 11th model, Grace Chilton, donned three outfits from Intimate Secrets in Greenport.

Those who slept at the hotel also participated in a scavenger hunt at the Tanger Outlet Mall on Saturday.
