“30 Rock” actor and comedian Tracy Morgan visited the Long Island Aquarium with his family Tuesday morning and participated in one of the aquarium’s shark dives, according to aquarium officials.

Mr. Morgan dove in the 120,000-gallon Lost City of Atlantis Shark Exhibit, said aquarium director of communications Johanna Zucaro.

“He had a wonderful time and he fell in love with the aquarium so I’m sure we’ll be seeing him again,” Ms. Zucaro said.

Mr. Morgan donated a nurse shark to the aquarium last year after the shark outgrew the large fish tank Mr. Morgan has at his residence, she added.

“He’s very interested in aquariums and might appear on the TV show ‘Tanked’ sometime in the future,” Ms. Zucaro said.
