Cops: Nothing stolen in break-in at Phillips Avenue school

Someone broke into Phillips Avenue Elementary School in Riverside last Monday by breaking a window, Southampton Town police said.

But while the suspects appeared to have entered the building, nothing was reported missing, authorities said.

An alarm did go off in the building about 2 a.m. last Monday, Aug. 6, police said, adding that there is video surveillance in the school.

No arrests were reported as of this week.
