Man arrested for DWI after found passed out at wheel on side of road

A 24-year-old Riverhead man was charged with DWI after he was found parked on the side of Route 25 in Cutchogue passed out behind the wheel of his 1996 Hyundai just before 1 a.m. Saturday.

The driver, Hector Garcia, was taken to police headquarters, processed and held overnight for arraignment.
