Flanders man arrested for sexually abusing 5-year-old

A Flanders man is facing charges for allegedly sexually abusing a five-year-old girl, Southampton police said.

Rolando Luque, 38, was arrested at police headquarters about 9:30 p.m. Friday after a police investigation found he inappropriately touched the young victim, according to an arrest report.

Mr. Luque was charged with second-degree aggravated sexual abuse, a class “C” felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. He was held for arraignment, police said.
