Five cars were broken into in Flanders over three days last week, according to Southampton Town police reports.

In the first incident, a Flanders man and woman had identification cards stolen from two cars parked outside their Flanders residence sometime last Wednesday night, police said. Police searched the area but were unable to find a suspect.

Then last Thursday, a Riverside Avenue woman told police someone entered her vehicle, which was parked in front of her house, and stole an insurance card as well as checks, police said.

On Friday night, someone entered a woman’s Honda Pilot parked on Priscilla Avenue and took an iPod, audio cables for the electronics and the vehicle’s registration card. The electronics are worth about $500, police said.

Also on Friday, another Priscilla Avenue woman reported that an insurance card, a BJ’s card, and a DVD copy of Hotel Transylvania had been stolen from her car. Police said there were no witnesses or additional information about that incident.

Police are investigating all five incidents but had not yet determined if the cases are related.
