Charles A. Weston

Charles A. Weston of Baiting Hollow died at his home May 31. He was 78 years old.

He was born Feb. 15, 1935, to Charles W. and Loretta (Allen) Weston in Sea Cliff, N.Y., and later served as an operating engineer with the U.S. Navy Seabees. He loved spending time on the water, boating and jet skiing, and in the air, flying as a pilot.

Mr. Weston is survived by his partner of over 14 years, Marsha Mickoliger; his daughter, Rachel Verica of Orlando, Fla., and stepdaughters, Michelle Dupuis, Tracy and Tammy Mickoliger and Louanna Aleksander; and two granddaughters, Allison and Emma.

Arrangements were private and handled by McLaughlin Heppner Funeral Home in Riverhead.

Memorial donations may be made to East End Hospice.

A celebration of life memorial service will be held Friday, June 7, at 4 p.m. at Meeting House Creek Inn Restaurant on Meeting House Creek Road in Aquebogue.
