Kimberly Schuhmann

Kimberly Schuhmann of Jamesport died July 16 at the age of 45.

She was born May 10, 1968, at Eastern Long Island Hospital in Greenport, to Kenneth and Margaret (Bliss) Schuhmann.

A graduate of Dunellen (N.J.) High School, she was a chef at Jamesport Country Kitchen. Family members said she loved helping people and spending time with family and friends.

Predeceased by her mother, Ms. Schuhmann is survived by her father, her stepmother, Cheryl, and her brothers, Kenneth Jr. and Kevin, all of Riverhead.

The family received visitors July 18 at McLaughlin Heppner Funeral Home in Riverhead. Cremation was private.

Memorial donations may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice Center in Port Jefferson.
