Cops: Two men arrested for possession of crack in Flanders

Southampton Town police arrested two men for possession of crack cocaine Tuesday in Flanders, police said.

Tommy Davis, 35, of Riverhead and Kevin W. Smith Jr., 38, of Flanders were both charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, police said. Police observed the men in a parked car at the end of Point Road in Flanders at about 9:23 p.m. Tuesday, police said.

Mr. Davis was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Both men were arrested, transported to headquarters and released on bail.
