Arthur W. Hahn III
Arthur W. Hahn III of Greenport died Jan. 2, 2014. He was 87.
He was born May 1, 1926, in the Bronx, N.Y., the son of Anna (Morgan) and Arthur W. Hahn Jr.
He is survived by his wife, Gertrude (Trudy) Hahn; his children, Russell W. Hahn and Arthur W. Hahn IV; twin grandsons, George C. and Henry J. Hahn; and his daughter-in-law, Diana Hahn. He was predeceased by his first wife, Joyce, on Dec. 20, 2005.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, Jan. 7, from noon to 12:30 p.m. at DeFriest-Grattan Funeral Home in Southold. Graveside services and interment will follow at the Presbyterian church cemetery in Southold. Military honors will be rendered by the U.S. Army.
