A new, redesigned News-Review website

Riverhead News Review redesign

The Riverhead News-Review launched a website redesign more than a year in the making this weekend. The new-look site aims to improve the reader experience and provide our advertising partners with exciting new opportunities.

A growing number of readers view our sites on smartphones or tablet devices — close to 40 percent of our traffic these days comes from mobile browsers — which has made it essential that we optimize content for those formats.

The new sites feature a responsive web design to make reading and navigation on a wide range of devices a more appealing experience. Stories and advertisements are now easier to view with minimal resizing, no matter which device you use to access our site.

Our pages also now feature sponsored posts, affording our advertising partners an opportunity to get the word out to our readers in a whole new way.

The desktop design is improved as well, with more points of entry to our site and more options once you get there, giving us an outlet to provide more local news than ever before.

Our new website design helps us continue to grow our online presence and give you the best possible experience.

Thank you for trusting us as your source for a lifetime of local news.
