A sweet Valentine’s Day tradition took center stage at the town’s Senior Center in Aquebogue during the fourth annual father-daughter dance Saturday night.

More than 100 dads and their daughters dressed to impress at the dance where the DJ played a mix of music from oldies to popular bands like One Direction.

Recreation department staffers transformed the facility into a Valentine’s Day ballroom fit for any princess with red tablecloths, balloons and heart-shaped décor.

It wasn’t just dancing.

Fathers and daughters bonded by having a portrait taken by a photographer as they dined on pigs in blankets, Swedish meatballs, cupcakes and chocolate fondue.
