There were 336 cases on the docket in Riverhead Town Justice Allen Smith’s court March 10-13. The following are among those adjudicated. 

• Steven Torres, 47, of East Second Street in Riverhead pleaded guilty to violation of probation and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

• Eric Brown Jr., 24, of Segal Avenue in Riverhead pleaded guilty to fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle. He was sentenced to 15 days in jail and fined $205. He also pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from third-degree assault, for which he was sentenced to another 15 days in jail and fined $125.

• Jose Reyes, 38, of Pulaski Street in Riverhead pleaded guilty to aggravated driving while intoxicated. He was fined $1,200 and sentenced to three years’ probation.

• Juan Pangol-Salinas, 28, of Wilson Avenue in Riverhead pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired, reduced from DWI, and was fined $1,160.

• Miguel Guarcas-Suar, 27, of Depot Road in Westhampton pleaded guilty to DWAI, reduced from DWI, and was fined $925.

• Adrian Ramirez-Perez, 24, of Mattituck, pleaded guilty to DWAI, reduced from DWI, and was fined $810.

• Juanita Allston, 39, of Flanders Road in Flanders pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from petit larceny, and was fined $300.

• Eric Ross, 21, of West Main Street in Riverhead pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from first-degree assault, and false personation. He was fined $238 and sentenced to time already served in jail.

• Brian Ward, 50, of County Road 39 in Southampton pleaded guilty to fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, reduced from fourth-degree. He was fined $205 and sentenced to time already served in jail.

• Kevin Wiecks, 42, of Grandview Lane in Smithtown pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and was fined $250.

• Kimberly Cuneo, 33, of Tyler Avenue in Miller Place pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, and was fined $250.

• Rashaud Grimes, 26, of Miller Place Road in Miller Place pleaded guilty to second-degree harassment and was fined $250. A charge of criminal obstruction of breathing was dismissed.

• Kathleen MacDonald, 29, of Holden Avenue in Cutchogue pleaded guilty to speeding, reduced from DWAI, and was fined $225.

• Nicholas Fay, 34, of St. George Street in Raeford, N.C., pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from acting in a manner injurious to a child, and third-degree assault. He was fined $220.

• Charges of second-degree harassment and criminal obstruction of breathing against Brian Gilmartin, 36, of Teepee Road in Rocky Point were dismissed in town court, as he was indicted in county court.

• Charges of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance against Maurice Richardson, 30, of River Road in Calverton were dismissed in town court, as he was indicted in county court.

• Charges of driving while intoxicated against Walter Rodriguez, 35, of Main Road in Jamesport were dismissed in town court, as he was indicted in county court.

• Charges of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance against Terrance Lee, 24, of Third Street in Riverhead were dismissed in town court, as he was indicted in county court.
