Cops: Riverhead woman arrested on harassment, forgery charges
A 56-year-old Riverhead woman was nabbed Sunday on harassment and forgery charges after allegedly signing someone else’s name to an “inflammatory letter” and sending it to “a third party,” according to a Riverhead police press release.
Yolanda Naugles was arrested at around 2 p.m. without incident and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment and third-degree forgery for an incident that took place on Jan. 14, police said.
No other details about the letter were immediately available.
Ms. Naugles was released on $500 cash bail with a future court date.
