There were 395 cases on the docket in Riverhead Town Justice Allen Smith’s court, March 24-26. The following are among those adjudicated.

• Rigoberto Hernandez, 27, of Sound Avenue in Calverton pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $1,400.

• Carlos Franco-Oliva, 23, of Priscilla Avenue in Flanders pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired, reduced from driving while intoxicated, and was fined $910.

• Tameka Foster, 38, of Long Neck Boulevard in Flanders pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was fined $705.

• Kevan Griffin, 44, of Christopher Street in New York City pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired, reduced from driving while intoxicated, and was fined $660.

• David Koroleski, 58, of Hallock Street in Riverhead pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired, reduced from driving while intoxicated, and was fined $660.

• James McGreevy, 43, of West Soundview Avenue in Peconic pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and was fined $350.
