‘Godzilla’ ice cream comes to Riverhead

After raking in nearly $200 million at the box office worldwide this weekend, it’d be hard to call “Godzilla” just a flavor of the week — except at Snowflake Ice Cream Shoppe in Riverhead.

Godzilla ice cream, a monstrous dessert now available at the West Main Street ice cream stand, celebrates the 2014 revamp of the classic monster flick.
