Rose Lagattolla

Rose Lagattolla of Riverhead died June 26 at her home. She was 91. 

She was born Oct. 29, 1922, in Bronx, N.Y. to Francesca (Albanese) and Valentino Siano and was a homemaker.

Ms. Lagattolla was predeceased by her husband, James in 2005 and is survived by her sons, James of Florida, and Richard and Michael of Holbrook; her daughter, Carol Sanchez of Sag Harbor; six grandchildren  and one great-grandchild.

The family received visitors June 28 and 29 at Reginald H. Tuthill Funeral Home in Riverhead. A funeral service took place June 30 at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church in Riverhead, officiated by Father Larry Duncklee. Interment took place at Calverton National Cemetery.
