Justice Court Report: Riverhead woman sentenced to 60 days

There were 307 cases on the docket in Riverhead Town Justice Allen Smith’s court, June 30-July 2. The following are among those adjudicated.

• Sabrina Floyd, 43, of West Main Street in Riverhead, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was sentenced to 60 days in jail and fined $205.

• Jorge Chamale-Pirir, 24, of Sun Avenue in Calverton, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and petit larceny and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

• Craig Stapon, 24, of Church Lane in Aquebogue, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $1,200.

• Caroline Miller, 49, of Miller Road in Cutchogue, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $1,200 and sentenced to three years’ probation.

• Joan Kelly, 61, of Alpine Court in Smithtown, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident and was fined $1,100 and sentenced to three years’ probation.

• Teresa Doige, 43, of Eastward Court in Mattituck, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from three counts of petit larceny, and was fined $350.

• Nicholle Reynolds, 25, of Horton Avenue in Mattituck, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from petit larceny, and was sentenced to time already served in jail and fined $125.

• A first-degree rape charge against Curley Tutt, 18, of East Avenue in Riverhead, was dismissed in town court as he was indicted in county court.
