Riverhead Justice Court roundup

There were 217 cases on the docket in Riverhead Town Justice Allen Smith’s court, Aug. 11-13. The following are among those adjudicated.

• Robert Young, 50, of Fort Pond Boulevard in East Hampton pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

• Josue Santos, 18, of Main Road in Jamesport pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $1,095.

• Jorge Munez, 21, of Segal Avenue in Riverhead pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $900.

• Julio Colon, 45, of Riverside Drive in Riverhead pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired, reduced from driving while intoxicated, and was fined $660.

• Laura Florio, 42, of Aldersgate Road in River-head pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was fined $205 and sentenced to three years’ probation.

• Charges including first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree burglary and second-degree harassment against Alfredo Chitay-Concoba, 38, of Main Road in Peconic were dismissed in town court, as he was indicted in county court.

• Charges including driving while intoxicated and criminal possession of a controlled substance against Nicole Sacks, 32, of New Suffolk Avenue in Mattituck were dismissed in town court as she was indicted in county court.

• A driving while intoxicated charge against David Santos, 31, of Deer Park Road in Dix Hills was dismissed in town court, as he was indicted in county court.

• Charges including second-degree robbery, criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana against Monwell Wright, 20, of Riverhead were dismissed in town court as he was indicted in county court.
