Cops: Manorville woman charged with prostitution
Riverhead police have arrested a Manorville woman on a prostitution charge after an investigation into a property on Old River Road, according to a police news release.
Erin Pugh, 41, was arrested about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday and charged with misdemeanor prostitution, police said. The Riverhead police Community Oriented Police Enforcement unit had received “numerous complaints” about prostitution in the area, according to the release.
Ms. Pugh was processed at police headquarters Tuesday night and was released on $100 bail Wednesday morning. Additional information about her arrest was not immediately available.
