Donald K. Frank

Donald K. Frank of Aquebogue died Nov. 5. He was 91. 

He was born March 30, 1923, in Brooklyn to August and Johanna Frank. Mr. Frank served in the U.S. Army from 1943 to 1946. He worked for AIL Systems Inc. in Deer Park.

Mr. Frank was a member of Old Town Arts and Crafts Guild in Cutchogue. Family members said he enjoyed painting, baseball and football.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy (née Klaar) of Aquebogue; his children, Kennneth of Smithtown and Diane Kreschollek of Arizona; and seven grandchildren.

The family received visitors Nov. 9 at McLaughlin Heppner Funeral Home in Riverhead. A funeral service took place Nov. 10 at Calverton National Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to the Leukemia Lymphoma Society or Old Town Arts and Crafts Guild.
