Justice Court Report: Guilty pleas for petit larceny, DWI

There were 276 cases on the docket in Riverhead Town Justice Allen Smith’s court, Feb. 9-11. The following are among those adjudicated.

• Christopher Ling of Horton Avenue in Riverhead, 49, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was sentenced to 90 days in jail and fined $205.

• Marguerite Tolson-Jackson of Clinton Avenue in Mastic, 51, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $205.

• Marvin Moran of Riverside Drive in Riverside, 25, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $1,200.

• Cesar Ramirez-Rodriguez of Andrea Court in Riverhead, 20, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $1,000.

• Yolanda Miles of Third Street in Riverhead, 28, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of marijuana and facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $550.

• Anthony Dekenipp of Hawkins Road in Selden, 27, pleaded guilty to false personation and was fined $205 and sentenced to time already served in jail.

• Kenneth Rowland of Melissa Lane in Jamesport, 60, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was sentenced to three years’ probation.
