Clifford Coleman

Baiting Hollow resident Clifford Coleman, a former longtime resident of East Quogue died Feb. 20 at his home. He was 67.

Mr. Coleman was a director of weights and measures for Suffolk County Department of Consumer Affairs and retired after 42 years of service. He was past vice president of Suffolk County Association of Municipal Employees, Inc.

He was a former member of Quogue Gun Club, a former member of Antique Automobile Club of America, past president of Woodcrest Homeowners Association and a member of National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors.

Mr. Coleman is survived by his wife of 46 years, Marjorie; his daughters, Debra Rupprecht and Melissa Mohan of Westfield, N.J.; and four grandchildren.

The family will host a celebration of life at a time and place to be announced. Cremation will be private.
