$5K reward for arrest of men who stole clothes from Tanger

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and the Riverhead Police Department are seeking for the public’s help to identify and locate two men who stole clothing from a store in Riverhead last month.

According to police, the men entered the Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store in Tanger Outlets around 5:25 p.m. on Feb. 24 and stole more than $1,300 worth of clothing.

The men allegedly stole hats and numerous quilted/reversible Polo vests by placing them inside a bag and leaving the store without paying, police said.

The suspects then fled in an older model, dark colored Cadillac sedan, according to police.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
