Recap: Board holds hearing on new EPCAL zoning

The Riverhead Town Board held a public hearing on the proposed zoning for the Enterprise Park at Calverton Wednesday evening, and on proposed weight limits for Twomey Avenue in Calverton, which residents say large oil trucks have been using.

The board was also expected to vote on a resolution to hire Cushman and Wakefield, a large commercial real estate firm, to market EPCAL for the town.

The board interviewed Cushman and Wakefield and another firm, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, last Thursday.
