Justice court report: White Plains man fined $880 for DWAI

There were 377 cases on the docket in Riverhead Town Justice Allen Smith’s court, June 29 – July 1. The following are among those adjudicated:

• Kyle Koroleski, 18, of Reeves Avenue in Riverhead pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired, reduced from driving while impaired by drugs, and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was fined $885.

• Eddie Perry, 25, of Constable Drive in Riverhead pleaded guilty to second-degree harassment and several vehicle and traffic law violations and was fined $250. He also pleaded guilty to two separate vehicle and traffic law violations and was fined a total of $780.

• Alfonso Rolli, 59, of Durham Road in White Plains pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired, reduced from driving while intoxicated, and was fined $880.

• Charges of first and second-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance against Thomas Chew, 23, of Northville Turnpike in Riverhead, were dismissed in town court as he was indicted in county court.

• Charges including second-degree arson against Monwell Wright, 21, of Segal Avenue in Riverhead were dismissed in town court as he was indicted in county court.

• Charges including seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence against Edgar Castillo, 26, of Zdunko Lane in Riverhead were dismissed in town court as he was indicted in county court.
