We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the Riverhead building department and water district employees who did everything in their power to help us rebuild and move back into the home we lost to a devastating fire 19 months ago.

Their concern for our safety and future wellbeing was evident throughout the construction process.

We rest peacefully and thankfully now in a beautiful home we know to be properly and securely built. Their courteous “desk-side” manner, responses to our many phone inquiries and expeditious handling of the myriad paperwork left us with an even greater appreciation of the level of humanity not often seen in a town agency.

God bless all of you!
