Recap: Town Board approves farm stand regulations

The Riverhead Town Board voted unanimously in favor of a controversial set of farm stand regulations at its meeting on Tuesday afternoon.

The board also scheduled a public hearing on piercing the state’s two-percent tax cap, okay’d legal action against T.S. Haulers’ owner over alleged sand mining, and set a public hearing to allow a company that makes drones to use the EPCAL runway.
