7-Eleven in Flanders robbed early Tuesday morning
A masked man stole more than $500 in cash from the 7-Eleven on Flanders Road shortly after midnight on Tuesday, according to Southampton Town Police.
Lt. Susan Ralph said the suspect entered the store at 721 Flanders Rd. and demanded the cash around 12:30 a.m. He did not have a weapon, and no injuries were reported.
The suspect has not yet been identified, according to police. Police described him as a black male with a “medium build” and brown eyes standing between 5 feet, 9 inches and 6 feet tall. He was apparently wearing a mask, a black hoodie and dark jeans.
