Kyle J. Koroleski

Kyle J. Koroleski of Riverhead died Dec. 4 at Stony Brook University Medical Center. He was 18. 

He was born Dec. 29, 1996, in Port Jefferson and was the son of Douglas and Gail (Schaw) Koroleski. Kyle graduated from Riverhead High School earlier this year.

He worked as a stock clerk at Toys R Us. Family members said he enjoyed music and sports.

Kyle is survived by his parents; his sister, Ashley; his grandmother, Eleanor and his goddaughter/niece, Briella Belcher.

The family will receive visitors Tuesday, Dec. 8, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at McLaughlin Heppner Funeral in Riverhead. A funeral mass will be held at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 9 at St. Isidore R.C. Church. Interment will follow at the church cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
