Cops: Man arrested for cocaine possession

Southampton Town Police arrested a 54-year-old man on a drug charge in Flanders Monday.

Warren White of Flanders was reportedly seen near the 7-Eleven at around 4:50 p.m. and was arrested on an active bench warrant for failing to appear in Southampton Town Justice Court, police said. Police then found crack cocaine on him, according to a press release.

He was additionally charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and littering, a town code violation.

Mr. White had been arrested in September after stealing two Corona bottles from the Flanders 7-Eleven, according to prior reports.
